CANCELING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

In order to cancel your subscription: Please send an email to cancel@myshadownetwork.com with the following subject line: Cancel Account ID (insert your account ID here).

We’ll respond as soon as possible to confirm the account cancellation via email. Please note that cancellations via email my take up to 5 business days from receipt of your request to process.

Once your account has been cancelled, we will send you a confirmation email.

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for the full subscription fee in the month in which you cancel, i.e., if you cancel your subscription in August, you are responsiblefor August fees. Your subscription for that month remains active and fully functional until the end of that month. After the end of the month, your account will cease to work and you will not be charged again.

Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to appear on the credit card you used to pay your subscription. If you have any problems cancelling your subscription, please contact Customer Support at 972-865- 2616 or cancel@myshadownetwork.com.
